Send emailI entered the real estate market back in 2010 as a Realtor in the Houston, TX metro area mainly marketing Pearland. There, I worked with the local Keller Williams and Prudential offices helping homeowners as well as investors find a home. After two years there, in the summer of 2012, I relocated back to Alvin, where my roots are. Entering the real estate market in Alvin and surrounding rural areas of Brazoria County is so exciting to me! This is home! It gives me no greater joy than to help someone become a homeowner for the first time. I love helping a family sell their current home to move to something larger because their family has grown. I love helping a couple down size because they don't need that much space anymore. I love it when a family walks into a house and realizes, "This is the one!" I get almost as excited as they do. Brazoria County has been Dawn's home for the past 20 years. She and her family live in Angleton and she recently retired as a teacher in Angleton. In 2021 she joined the fantastic team at American Realty, a well established realty firm in Lake Jackson. Dawn is very familiar with Brazoria County stretching from Sweeny to Freeport to Pearland and everywhere in between! She has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and knows from experience the needs of our 55+ citizens. She is a member of National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and Greater Angleton Chamber of Commerce where she serves as Ambassador. She and her husband attend First Baptist Church of Brazoria where she is active in the sanctuary choir and women's ministry.
